Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of bringing building projects to life! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople in creating, renovating, and maintaining structures. If you're eager to learn, physically capable, and passionate about construction, this position provides a rewarding environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to develop your skills. Paid training is provided to ensure you succeed from day one! Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete placement to ensure structural integrity. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on-site. Perform demolition, renovation, and restoration tasks as directed by supervisors. Support carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roof installation. Handle heavy lifting and material movement while maintaining safety standards at all times. Assist in the apartment maintenance Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumping equipment. Knowledge of masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and stucco application is a plus. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks daily. Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is beneficial.
