Overview We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will play a vital part in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools and equipment. Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks including framing, roofing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times to minimize risks on-site. Load and unload materials from trucks and ensure proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance as needed. Requirements Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. A valid driver's license is mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced personnel is essential.
