Construction Laborer

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this role, you will be an essential part of the crew, performing a variety of physical tasks that support the successful completion of commercial and residential construction projects. Your hands-on skills and proactive attitude will contribute to creating safe, durable, and high-quality structures. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete pouring to ensure structural integrity Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support site needs and project timelines Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to follow project specifications accurately Support masonry, stucco, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, and other finishing activities Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and other machinery required on-site Conduct site clean-up, organize materials, and prepare work areas for ongoing construction activities Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Skills Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction tools and equipment Experience with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery on construction sites Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, pumping, and rebar installation techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Understanding of construction estimating principles and renovation processes Skills in carpentry including trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, roofing, and restoration work Experience with masonry work such as bricklaying or stucco application Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes (where certified) for material movement Knowledge of safety standards related to construction site operations including caulking and welding practices Join us in building excellence! Pay:

$23.46 - $28.25 per hour
