Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

We typically pay our skilled contractors between $28 to start then $30 - $35 per hour , based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.

Trial Period:

We offer a one-week paid trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties. Upon successful completion and mutual agreement, we are excited to offer ongoing employment as a 1099 Sub Contractor, including a work van/truck and a gas card
