Landscape Construction Crew Lead / Technician Northeast PA $20/hr + Overtime Weekly Pay If you're tired of just "showing up and working" and want to take ownership of projects, lead crews, and build something you're proud of

Stubbs Landscaping is looking for a motivated, hands-on team member with landscaping and construction experience who is ready to grow into a long-term leadership role. What This Role Is This is not just a labor position. We are ultimately looking for someone who can grow into a Crew Lead role, but right now our immediate need is on the construction side of the business. You'll work directly on: Hardscaping projects Decking and outdoor builds Landscape construction Equipment and machine operation Site preparation and project execution As you grow into the role, you'll also help: Lead small crews Keep projects moving efficiently Communicate with clients on-site Solve problems in the field Maintain quality and professionalism
Experience and Skills:
What You Need 2+ years of landscaping and/or construction experience Experience with hardscaping, decking, or outdoor construction Ability to work independently and with a team Strong work ethic and reliability Desire to grow into a leadership position Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Bonus Points If You Have Machine operating experience Truck and trailer experience Plant knowledge Spray license CDL or medical card Crew lead experience Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM
