Construction Laborer (Paving Experience Required) Pay Rate Negotiable (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer with paving experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with asphalt paving operations, site preparation, and general construction duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform asphalt paving, patching, sealing, and resurfacing work Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and cleanup Spread, rake, level, and compact asphalt materials Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, lutes, tampers, and saws Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Follow instructions and direction from supervisors Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE Assist with other general construction duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience in asphalt paving and general construction required Ability to perform heavy physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing for extended periods) Familiarity with asphalt processes and construction techniques Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus) Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Requirements Valid Driver's License required Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working at heights when required Must follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Ability to work full-time and occasional overtime if needed Indoor/Outdoor work in all weather conditions Exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and heavy machinery Pay & Benefits (customize as needed): Competitive pay based on experience Paid Weekly Overtime opportunities Benefits include Health/Dental/Vision insurance•70/30 Plan Simple IRA•Investment Plan Opportunities for advancement and skill development
