Our Installer must be energetic and reliable with a willingness to learn all aspects of our foundation install process. Duties will include ladder work, setting, squaring, and leveling of precast wall panels. Start time is typically between 5:30am and 6:00am. All Install employees must be able to: Work OT; Move/lift 80 lbs.; Climb up and down a ladder , walk, stand, bend and twist frequently; Accurately and consistently read a tape measure; Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others; Read, write, and speak effectively in English; Have a current/valid driver's license with a clean MVR and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card; Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST! Experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred. Previous history using hand and power tools is helpful. Team members will ride in a company vehicle to/from jobsites and may occasionally be asked to operate our company vehicles.
