About the Role This is a hands-on field position where you'll work directly in the homes of local families, installing energy efficiency improvements that lower their utility bills and make their homes safer and more comfortable. No prior weatherization experience is required — we provide all training and certifications, fully paid by CCA. What You'll Do Install energy efficiency measures including blown insulation, door and window sealing, pipe and water heater wrapping, and other home improvements Conduct furnace efficiency tests and pre/post home inspections using blower door technology Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from the work truck daily Assist the Crew Chief with maintaining job records including material usage, vehicle mileage, and maintenance logs Maintain accurate material inventories Travel throughout our service area as needed What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent, OR three or more years of experience in housing repairs or construction Basic carpentry skills and general knowledge of home construction Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance meeting Agency standards Good communication skills and the ability to maintain client confidentiality What We Offer CCA offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the region: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance — 100% employer paid for the employee, starting day one Short and Long-Term Disability — 100% employer paid after 90 days 403(b) Retirement Plan — automatic 3% employer contribution after 90 days, no employee contribution required Generous PTO — accrual begins your first day; earn up to 24 days off in your first year 15 Paid Holidays Flexible Schedule Options with an emphasis on work-life balance Paid Training and Certifications — all required training and credentials provided at no cost to you Background Clearances All required background clearances — including FBI fingerprint processing, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and PA State Police Criminal History Clearance — are completed and paid for by CCA as part of the onboarding process.
