Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Specialist to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of high-end residential renovations and commercial buildouts. This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands quality, and can execute at a high level. You will play a key role in both performing hands-on work and helping manage projects from rough framing through final finishes. Our projects include luxury apartments, medical spas, retail spaces, and custom interiors.

What You'll Do:

Perform skilled work including framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and general construction Assist in managing job sites to ensure timelines and quality standards are met Read and interpret plans, layouts, and scopes of work Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors when needed Troubleshoot issues in the field and propose solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Ensure all work meets high-end finish expectations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction (3+ years preferred) Experience with high-end renovations or custom buildouts Strong skills in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, light electrical/plumbing a plus) Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience working on luxury homes, medical offices, salons, or retail spaces Ability to lead small crews or manage portions of a project Familiarity with permits, inspections, and job sequencing
