PuroClean is seeking a reliable and hardworking Reconstruction Technician to join our team in Gilbert, PA. This role involves performing restoration and reconstruction work on residential and commercial properties following water, fire, mold, or other property damage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform demolition, repair, and reconstruction tasks as assigned Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification Conduct mold remediation procedures following industry standards Assist with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general construction work Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Provide excellent customer service while on-site
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (required) Ability to speak and understand English (required) Bilingual skills are a plus Prior experience in construction, restoration, or related field preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and reliability
