Monday - Friday Express Employment Professionals is hiring Construction Laborers and General Laborers on behalf of one of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, has a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. No experience is required -training will be provided for the role of Refractory Installer / Laborer . These Construction Laborer positions involve industrial work including applying ceramic cement lining to pipes, operating equipment, and performing general labor tasks. The ideal General Laborer / Refractory Installer will be safety-conscious, reliable, and physically capable.
Pay:
Starting at $20/hour
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and apply spray ceramic cement lining to industrial pipes as a Refractory Installer Operate and maintain lining equipment for construction and industrial work Ensure quality application while following all safety standards Perform routine equipment and tool maintenance Work in industrial environments, including confined spaces, as a Construction Laborer Wear required PPE, including respirators Follow all company safety policies and procedures Travel up to 3 hours as needed for job sites
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean background check required Clean-shaven for proper respirator seal Ability to work in confined and industrial environments Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment Strong focus on safety and attention to detail Experience with concrete pumping, nozzle operation, or heavy general labor preferred but not required Why work with Express?
