Blueprint:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to support our growing construction division. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and crew members to help deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up. If you're a dependable team player who takes pride in your work and is eager to grow within the construction industry, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Build:
Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow directions from foremen and crew leads to keep projects on schedule Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site preparation as needed Support multiple trades and adapt to varying tasks across different job sites

Prior construction or labor experience preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Valid driver's license preferred More Than a
