Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organizing work areas to ensure safety and efficiency Support skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated locations Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, loading, and unloading materials in accordance with safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and ensuring tools are stored properly Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained and authorized under supervision Support project teams in completing tasks on schedule by providing reliable manual assistance Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or maintenance sites Prior experience in construction labor or related fields is a plus but not required Valid driver's license preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary Join us and be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, safety, and progress!
