Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. Whether working on new builds, renovations, or restorations, you will play a key part in transforming blueprints into reality while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, and masonry work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately to guide your work. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site preparation, material handling, and debris removal. Execute tasks related to plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, and tile laying with precision. Support renovation projects by performing carpentry tasks including framing, metal stud framing, and restoration work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, and concrete finishing. Mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers confidently. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing physically demanding tasks daily. Valid driver's license with commercial driving certification preferred; experience operating heavy machinery or equipment is a plus. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to construction environments. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills such as welding or concrete pumping.
