Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building projects from the ground up! In this energetic role, you will assist skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to creating safe, durable, and high-quality structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks Perform basic hands-on support as directed by supervisors Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling components Maintain cleanliness of the work site by disposing of waste materials properly and ensuring tools are stored correctly Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures Reliable transportation to job sites is beneficial but not mandatory Join us to build something meaningful while developing your skills in a supportive, energetic environment!
