Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are contracted with the State of Pennsylvania to complete weatherization measures throughout Western Pa for low-income families. We provide insulation for homes, air sealing of doors and windows, attic and basement work (houses), and belly work for mobile homes. Duties Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate power tools, hand tools, and scaffolding safely and effectively Perform masonry, stucco, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, and trim carpentry tasks to meet project specifications Support framing with metal stud framing and carpentry tasks including roof framing and renovation work Assist with roofing installation, caulking, drywall finishing, and other specialty trades as needed for project completion Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Knowledge of construction estimating processes can be beneficial, but is not required The ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate power tools confidently is essential Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment Join us to build something extraordinary! Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
