Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and enthusiasm. As a Construction Laborer, you'll contribute to safe, efficient job sites while gaining valuable experience in various aspects of construction. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their craft and grow within the industry. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, concrete forms, and framing to ensure structural integrity. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials. Support concrete pouring, finishing, and pumping activities to create durable surfaces. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to follow project specifications accurately. Perform heavy lifting and material handling to move supplies around the site efficiently. Conduct site cleanup, organize materials, and prepare work areas for ongoing tasks. Support specialized trades such as masonry, roofing, stucco application, tile laying, or carpentry as needed. Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing strenuous tasks. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards.
