$16.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (Weekends Off) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer Assistant to support our bath installation and remodeling team with bath and shower installation projects. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the remodeling industry while learning valuable hands-on skills from experienced professionals. Responsibilities Assist with bath and shower installation projects Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Perform demolition and job site preparation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company safety procedures and installation standards Support lead installers with daily tasks and project completion Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored Qualifications Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools (or willingness to learn) Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday Reliable transportation to our main office Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Dependable attendance and punctuality Compensation & Benefits $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Weekends off Year-round employment Paid training Full benefits package, including: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Additional benefits available Opportunities for advancement within the company We look forward to meeting motivated individuals who want to grow with our team and build a rewarding career in the remodeling industry.
