Job Description

Russell Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a dependable and hardworking Roofing Laborer with roofing or construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, able to work safely at heights, and willing to learn while assisting with residential and commercial roofing projects. This position supports roof installations, repairs, tear-offs, clean-up, and material handling while working alongside experienced roofing professionals. Russell Roofing provides paid in-house and on-site training.
Responsibilities:
Assist with roof tear-offs and installation of roofing systems Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and equipment to and from job sites Set up ladders and job site safety equipment Remove debris and maintain clean, organized job sites Assist team members with shingles, slate, flashing, gutters, and other roofing materials Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Work outdoors in various weather conditions Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of roofing or construction experience preferred Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Reliable transportation and strong attendance Basic knowledge of roofing tools and materials is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid driver's license required.
Compensation:
$18 - $25 hourly
