In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and roofing tasks with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and plastering to support structural integrity. Conduct restoration activities including water damage remediation, mold remediation, and general building repairs. Follow safety protocols on construction sites while heavy lifting and handling materials like steel rebar or stucco. Read construction plans and schematics accurately to ensure project specifications are met. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong background in framing, trim carpentry, roofing, or restoration industries. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, drywall finishing, tile laying or flooring installation is preferred. Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and mold remediation is a plus. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces on construction sites. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction site operations. Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.
