Entry-Level Factory Worker

Entry Level Factory Laborer BFG/PFW has a current openings for Full-Time Entry Level Factory Laborers for all shifts. No experience necessary, training is provided. You can also stop by the office to fill out an employment application. Responsibilities As an Entry Level Laborer, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Cleaning work areas and ensuring they are free of debris.
• Following instructions from supervisors and more experienced team members.
• Learning and applying basic skills related to the job.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications Must be 18 or older No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position. Must be able to lift 35#+ and have full movement and use of hands and arms to load racks, etc. Must be able to walk freely through the building and work area. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong work ethic and reliability. Basic understanding of safety protocols in a labor environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
