Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Construction Laborers for immediate openings in Ephrata, PA. Join a professional foundation installation crew with a respected company offering long-term work and the opportunity to be hired permanently.
PAY:
$18-$20/hour based on experience
HOURS:
Start time typically 5:30 AM; workdays range from 8-14 hours depending on project needs
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays available
DURATION
Temp-to-Hire Construction Laborer Responsibilities:
Travel daily with installation crew to residential and commercial jobsites Assist with foundation installation and site preparation Shovel and rake stone, set blocks, run compaction equipment, and assist with layout work Help install wall panels, seal joints, tighten hardware, and verify measurements Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with loading, unloading, cleanup, and maintaining equipment Work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
Qualifications:
Previous construction experience required Ability to read a tape measure accurately Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to Ephrata shop each morning Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. occasionally Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Position requires the use of PPE including: hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, and basic PPE We are an equal opportunity employer!
