• Measurements are vital for pool builder careers, and understanding these numbers is crucial for effectively completing the project. Physical Endurance
• Builders must be able to lift at least 50 lbs as well as perform under tough conditions, considering long project hours and weather. Awareness & Communication Skills
• Similar to any major construction project with workers, large machines and tools, you need to be aware of surroundings and communicate with your team along with always maintaining safe conditions. Must have valid DL Compensation & Benefits $18
