Job Description

Join the Team at TradeSource! Are you a construction laborer looking for a long-term home with a top-tier construction firm in Pittsburgh? We are currently seeking reliable Skilled Construction Laborers for Temporary and Temp-to-Hire, full-time positions in the Titusville, PA area. This is a unique opportunity to show off your positive attitude and carpentry skillset in order to transition into a permanent role with our customers.
Role Details Status:
Temporary and Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months )
Location:
Various Residential, Commercial, and Industrial project sites across the Titusville, PA area
Pay Rate:
Up to $20 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with potential for overtime Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks Perform site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and potential hazards Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools to appropriate work areas Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, drills, and shovels Dig Trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction Help assemble or dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and bracing
Qualifications Experience:
