Job Description
Job Overview Small but growing service business, we do everything from paint, to pressure wash, concrete seal, stain decks, and more. We are looking to build out our paint crew so painting skill set is the most valuable skill we are looking for but it can all be taught to someone with a can-do attitude. While we are looking fist and foremost to someone with a decent painting background, the role will encompass being willing and able to do all services we offer. We are small and this gives us the most flexibility for providing hours. Duties Painting Pressure washing Concrete and wood sealing and staining work Other odds and ends jobs Requirements Pass drug test You must own your own reliable vehicle and have a driver's license in good standing with the issuing state. Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of construction painting techniques and safety protocols. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying equipment. Basic math skills for measurements and estimating materials needed for projects. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining safety standards on-site. Excellent problem-solving skills with handyman experience preferred for versatile project support.
