Job Description

B. Blair is seeking dependable employees committed to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We need operators/ laborers who want to work year-round. B. Performs duties involving shoveling, raking, luting, jack hammering, heavy lifting, and the use of multiple small tools Use of Track Hoes, Rollers, Pavers, Excavators and Skid Steers Cleans tools, materials, and work areas. Communicate with crew members to ensure safety and efficiency Show up on time with a positive attitude ready for the workday
Qualifications:
High school Diploma or Equivalent 2-3 years experience operating heavy equipment Dependable transportation to work daily Ability to work in a team environment Ability to use GPS on heavy equipment
