Apprentice•Learn the Trade•

Apprentice Program Summary:

To assist in fencing installation and repair Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. This position requires physical dexterity. There is a great deal of lifting and bending. 2. Assist the job foreman in the loading and securing fence materials on the installation truck. 3. Replenish the sand and stone pits on the installation trucks as needed. 4. Assist in the layout of the fence lines on the job site. 5. Assist foreman with the installation of the fence.

This may include:

mixing concrete, digging holes, removing existing fence, as well as other duties. 6. Remove and clean any debris from the job site when the installation is complete. 7. Remove and clean any debris from the installation truck when you return to the yard 8. Never operate a company owned vehicle unless you are 21 years of age. This may result in your dismissal. 9. This position requires punctuality. You must be on time everyday. Your supervisor will set your schedule. 10. Communicate with the customer in a respectful and courteous manner 11. Perform other related duties as assigned. 12. Company gear must be worn on the job site.
