Job Description
Laborer We are seeking motivated and dependable Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves a variety of construction and site work duties to support daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Job Responsibilities Support general construction and excavation operations as needed Gather, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment Assist with loading and unloading heavy equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, materials, and job sites daily Assist equipment operators with greasing, fueling, and cleaning equipment/tracks Communicate with the Foreman regarding daily tasks and project expectations Work safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality workmanship Coordinate and communicate effectively with crew members Assist with documentation and information needed for project reports Follow all company safety policies and quality standards Represent the company professionally on all job sites Ensure the job site is clean and orderly before leaving each day Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment Strong hand, foot, and eye coordination Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Understanding of workplace safety practices and expectations Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including: Lifting heavy materials Standing for long hours Working outdoors in various weather conditions
