Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, roofing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, concrete pumps, and mixers safely and efficiently. Read blueprints and schematics to support accurate construction processes and ensure adherence to project specifications. Perform concrete finishing, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work to achieve high-quality results. Conduct demolition, renovation tasks, restoration work, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized job site. Support the installation of heavy-duty systems such as metal stud framing, concrete forms, and masonry structures. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with construction estimating when needed. Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is highly preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction safety protocols. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders or scaffolding for extended periods. Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating company vehicles is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills such as concrete pumping or metal stud framing; certification in relevant areas is advantageous.
