www.webconmankato.com Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris and eliminating hazards Set up and remove barricades and maintain a clean, organized work area Load, unload, transport, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades with setup and tasks Pour and spread concrete and other construction materials as needed Perform measurements and mark reference points accurately Direct, train, and supervise crew members; assign daily tasks and monitor performance Enforce OSHA standards and ensure required PPE is used at all times Order, monitor, and stage materials to maintain efficient workflow Operate equipment such as jackhammers, earth tampers, and small machinery Maintain daily logs and report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment concerns Support project schedules to ensure timely and quality completion Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous construction or manual labor experience required 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred for lead responsibilities Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings Basic math skills for measurements and layout tasks Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment Valid driver's license required OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain during employment) Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear direction Consistent attendance and punctuality required A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws Work Environment & Physical Demands Outdoor work in varying weather conditions, dust, and noise Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting Regular use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding Strict adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements Benefits Medical and Dental Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) IRA Retirement Program Paid Time Off Year-End Bonus Program Referral Bonus Program Weekly Pay Cycle Wellness Reimbursements / HRA Safety Gear Provided Paid Training & Certification Programs Apprenticeship & Mentorship Tracks Tool Replacement Program Tech Package (Smartphone or Tablet Provided) Company Vehicle for Certain Roles Per Diem & Travel Support for Out-of-Town Assignments case by case Annual Company Trips & Team Events Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (approximately 45 hours per week) Occasional extended hours and weekend work as required by project needs Work Location & Travel Based in Mankato, MN Projects located across multiple remote job sites Travel required based on project location and business needs Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required Per diem and travel support provided when applicable Opportunities for Growth WEB Construction supports career advancement through: On-the-job skill development Advancement into skilled trades or supervisory roles Company-sponsored safety and trade certifications Mentorship and leadership development opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
