This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients. Manage cases independently from inception through resolution. Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents. Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.

Required:
