Responsibilities Assist licensed electrician with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential/ commercial application. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform wiring, installation, and other electrical tasks. Moving and carrying of materials and debris to appropriate areas as needed. Dependable employee that shows up to work consistently as well as gives advanced noticed for time off. Assist In remodel projects through multifamily property Open to learning basics off all trades such as demolition, carpentry, plumbing, Sheetrock, hvac exc. Experience Prior experience or familiarity with residential electrical work is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment is advantageous. Construction site experience demonstrating comfort working in active environments. Experience working with NEC standards or in environments involving low/high voltage wiring is preferred. Skills in frame carpentry or related construction trades can be helpful but are not mandatory. This paid apprenticeship position offers a fantastic opportunity to build a solid foundation in electrical work while working on meaningful understanding of property management and homeownership.
