Job Description
Overview looking to hire, open to all levels of experience Must be willing to learn and put in good effort. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and sprayers Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial painting(will train the right person. little experience is not a deal breaker) Skilled in using hand tools, power tools (including airless sprayers), welding equipment, and other relevant machinery Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently in a fast-paced environment
