We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Support Laborer to be the backbone of our project operations. This role is crucial for ensuring our sites and shops are clean, well-organized, and materials are where they need to be, when they need to be. While this is an entry-level position focused on support, it offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the design-build process from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Errand Runner Extraordinaire:

Handle safe pick-ups and deliveries of materials, supplies, and equipment between our shop and various project sites.

Site Steward:

Assist with site clean-up, ensuring a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment for the entire team.

Team Supporter:

Be a proactive and adaptable team player, ready to assist wherever needed to keep projects on track.

Observational Learner:

Gain invaluable exposure to the design, fabrication, and construction processes by being present on-site.

What You Bring:

A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. High physical energy and stamina for manual tasks. A positive attitude and a genuine team-player mentality. Punctuality, respectfulness, and a great work ethic. Eagerness to learn and a potential interest in pursuing a career in design, fabrication, or construction. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
