Construction Laborer

Wilco Development is seeking full-time motivated, safe, and dependable laborers to join our growing site construction team. Wilco is a locally owned and operated site construction company that works locally in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Job Duties:

Daily tasks at construction site Assisting equipment operators Moving materials around sites Job site and shop clean up Fueling equipment Operation of power tools Work year round in all weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and snow

Requirements:

Work safely and efficiently with a team and independently Physically able to lift heavy objects and move freely around job sites Able to understand and follow both written and verbal directions Familiarity with the hazards of working on a construction site and around heavy equipment and machinery Current driver's license and dependable transportation to our shop in Warwick Authorized to work in the US Pass Pre-Employment Screening including background check, driving record check and drug test OSHA Certification a plus Operating experience and licenses a plus

Pay Rate:

$22.00

00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
