Job Description

Duties:
All around construction knowledge to be able to assist trades when needed.
  • work around heavy equipment including excavators, graders, loaders, , dump trucks, bulldozers, backhoes.
  • Perform hand labor for excavation and grading tasks to prepare construction sites for building, concrete, and related trades.
  • Safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks.
  • Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and precise work.
  • Perform some routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience laboring around heavy equipment, specifically excavators.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to laboring around heavy equipment operation.

The employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the company. Summary As a Construction Laborer, you will support on-site activities across various construction projects, reporting to site supervisors and foremen. You will perform essential tasks such as concrete forming and finishing, operations with hand and power tools, and general site preparation to ensure timely, safe project progression. With strong practical knowledge in construction and safety practices, you will contribute to quality workmanship, assist with material handling, and help maintain an organized, compliant worksite. Your hands-on expertise and teamwork will drive successful project outcomes.
