Responsibilities Assist in the installation, repairs, and general home maintenance projects. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for framing, roofing, masonry, and plastering tasks. Install flooring, tile, stucco, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and perform caulking and drywall work. Support mixing with concrete mixers Painting Conduct site cleanup, organize tools and materials, and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various building trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and restoration. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and commercial driving vehicles. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing strenuous tasks in various weather conditions. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and safety standards is preferred. Opportunity Consistent salary opportunity after 60 day probationary period to grow within the company.
