Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Contractor Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the onsite workforce, supporting various phases of construction projects. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of diverse building projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing work Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to aid in construction activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate work execution Conduct routine inspections of work areas for safety compliance and quality standards Assist with all general contracting duties including ( windows, doors, siding, carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, flooring) Participate in construction inspection processes to verify adherence to plans and specifications Engage in restoration and remodeling activities to update or repair existing structures Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment is advantageous Experience with specific trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete finishing, bricklaying), roofing or plastering is beneficial Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and procedures is essential Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in a fast-paced environment Join us to build a rewarding career where your hard work makes a tangible difference!
