Contruction Laborer

Duties Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Carry out general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies to support construction activities Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to aid in project progress Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols diligently and use personal protective equipment at all times Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed Help with site cleanup and debris removal at the end of each workday Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites Reliable transportation to company office; punctuality is essential This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the construction field while contributing to impactful projects.
