  • Full-time Laborer / Utility CrewLaborer / Utility Crew Paradigm Pools — Charleston, SC Paradigm Pools is hiring dependable laborers and utility crew members to assist with luxury pool construction projects throughout the Charleston area.
This position will assist with fiberglass pool installs, material handling, cleanup, utility work, equipment setup, service work, and general construction support. We are looking for hardworking team players who want an opportunity to grow within a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities Assist with fiberglass pool installations Help with plumbing, equipment setup, and utility work Site preparation and cleanup Material loading/unloading and deliveries Assist project managers and field crews as needed Help maintain organized and clean job sites Requirements Construction experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and hard working Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license preferred Compensation $20
  • 30 per hour depending on experience Full-time position Monday-Friday + occasional Saturdays Opportunity for advancement and growth
