Job Description We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves working with various materials and tools to assist in the molding process of our products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work hard for an exceptional opportunity. Responsibilities Bend pipes and mix materials to assist in molding products. Read tape measures frequently, though this skill is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Demonstrate a strong desire for work and commitment to extended hours. Utilize any former concrete experience, which is considered a significant advantage. Essential Skills Ability to work labor-intensive tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Experience with heavy lifting and proficiency with hand and power tools. Capability to remain on feet for up to 10 hours daily. Prior experience in construction, general labor, heavy labor, or landscaping is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure. Blueprint reading skills are advantageous. Attention to detail and ability to stand for 8+ hours a day. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position involves working in an outdoor manufacturing setting where conditions are loud, dirty, and non-climate controlled. Expect to work 10+ hours of overtime weekly, with occasional mandatory Saturdays provided with a three-day notice. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
