Construction Laborer

As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Support masonry, stucco, drywall, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and other trade-specific tasks as needed. Aid in the operation of concrete mixers and concrete pumping equipment for smooth pourings. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery, scaffolding, or during renovation projects. Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and manual labor tasks. Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry, welding, carpentry (including trim carpentry), metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, caulking, stucco application, roofing techniques, restoration work, and demolition experience are valuable assets.
