Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, equipment operation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, physically fit, and eager to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards. Read and follow plans, instructions, or specifications. Signal equipment operators to guide machinery and materials. Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth using hand tools. Measure and mark areas for construction work. Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools. Maintain and repair tools and equipment. Operate pumps, compressors, or generators as needed.Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

Setting:
Outdoor and indoor construction sites (residential, commercial, infrastructure).Conditions:
Exposure to extreme weather, loud noise, dust, and hazardous materials.Hazards:
Risk of falls, heavy machinery, sharp tools, and confined spaces.Schedule:
