Construction Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, equipment operation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, physically fit, and eager to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards. Read and follow plans, instructions, or specifications. Signal equipment operators to guide machinery and materials. Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth using hand tools. Measure and mark areas for construction work. Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools. Maintain and repair tools and equipment. Operate pumps, compressors, or generators as needed.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.

Familiarity with materials, methods, and tools.

Understanding of machines and tools, including maintenance and repair.

Risk of falls, heavy machinery, sharp tools, and confined spaces.

Schedule:
