Based on experience (Entry-level to experienced) Job Overview LandS Remodeling & Construction is looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Helper to assist with residential remodeling projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the trade, grow their skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality work. Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and finish work
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow instructions from lead carpenters and supervisors
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Help with site prep and cleanup before and after projects
• Support multiple projects as needed Requirements
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus (not required)
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
• Positive attitude and professionalism on job sites Preferred Qualifications
• Previous construction or labor experience
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, or painting
