Job Title:
Construction Laborer Responsibilities:
- Must be able to travel to the surrounding counties when required and have their own reliable transportation.
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
- Digging trenches and excavations
- Mixing and pouring concrete
- Operating hand and power tools
- Assisting with demolition work
- Loading and unloading materials
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus Candidates must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time, and work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
