General Laborer (Construction Site)

Juliet, TN Pay:

$17-$23 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction team in Mt. Juliet, TN. This position involves working on active construction sites performing a variety of physical tasks to support skilled trades and project completion.

Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation and cleanup Load and unload materials and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Maintain a safe and organized work environment Perform general labor duties as needed on-site

Requirements:

Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors Must have reliable transportation Basic tools required Must provide and wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, safety vest, work boots, gloves, etc.) Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
