Position Overview We are seeking motivated, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our team as Roofing Apprentices / Construction Laborers. No prior experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training to help you develop skills in the roofing and construction industry. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn a trade, grow within a company, and build a long-term career in a high-demand industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities Assist with roofing installation, repairs, and tear-offs on residential and commercial projects Work alongside experienced roofers and foremen to learn all aspects of the trade Load and unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites Set up and tear down safety equipment, including fall protection systems Follow all OSHA and company safety standards at all times Attend weekly safety meetings and training sessions Learn manufacturer-approved roofing systems and installation methods Deliver high-quality work while supporting customer satisfaction Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects safely and on time Requirements No experience required — training provided Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying materials throughout the day Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail Basic ability to use company software, apps, and communication tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Growth & Advancement Opportunities We believe in promoting from within.
