Full Job Description Description:
Full-Time Crew Leader in Training (Construction/Landscaping) Pay rate: $18.00 plus overtime Valor Environmental is the largest full-service environmental services company in the United States. Valor's services include erosion control, land services, street sweeping, and site maintenance nationwide.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Accident Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 401k with great company match Weekly pay Year-Round work Job Responsibilities Lead a crew of Environmental Field Service (EFS) Specialists in the occurrence a Field Quality Manager (FQM) is out. Install and remove Silt Fence. Install protection to storm inlets. Work with heavy duty hand tools (sledge hammer/shovels, etc.). Install various types of erosion control measures (BMPs) as prescribed by reporting agencies. Watch for safety hazards on jobsite, correct employees anytime they are working in an unsafe manner. Operate company machinery. Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Requirements Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience Must have a valid Driver's License Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
