Your tasks will include setting up work sites, handling tools and materials, and assisting with the assembly of our premium railings. We're looking for team players who value safety and quality work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Railing Installation:
Assist in the installation of Viva Railings' products at construction sites. Follow the company's established procedures and guidelines for proper installation to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Material Handling:
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. Handle materials required for installation including, but not limited to, glass panels, metals, and fasteners.
Site Preparation:
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Check tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.
Equipment Operation:
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, and other tools as directed. Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly at the end of each shift.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all company safety policies and protocols. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the immediate supervisor.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including construction supervisors, project managers, and other laborers to complete tasks. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
