What You'll Do Assist with residential remodeling, renovation, and construction projects Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities Assist carpenters, project managers, and skilled tradespeople as needed Perform demolition, site preparation, and material handling Help maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow company safety procedures and job site standards Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Preferred Qualifications Previous residential construction, remodeling, or general labor experience Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Experience working on renovation or custom home projects OSHA certification is a plus What Success Looks Like Arrives on time and ready to work each day Demonstrates professionalism and respect on client job sites Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area Completes assigned tasks with attention to detail Contributes positively to team productivity and project success Why Join Masterpiece Construction?
